Event Details

Miguel Aguilar-Zapata is an herbalist, educator, and traditional chef specializing in authentic mestizo cuisine. He’ll be preparing orange soup with carrots and honey followed by huitlacoche quesadillas, grilled nopales with chicken and green rice, and his signature chocolate tamales for dessert.
Miguel will explain the origin and healing qualities of each dish and some of the history of his native Mexican cuisine.
